RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you are very happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items are to be returned in the same condition they were purchased, with any original tags and labels attached.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

To return an item please email customer service enquiries@appletreepurchaseandsales.com with a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. Once receipt is confirmed please mail your item to the following address, including proof of purchase:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your items.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s) we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
